1. Introduction
1.1. The SPEARPOINT™ Store is operated by Wojciech Skrzypek, referred to as the “Seller”.
1.2. The Buyer can be an adult individual, referred to as the “Client” or “Orderer”.
1.3. Goods available in the store can be customized at the Client’s request.
1.4. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include taxes.

2. Terms of Use
2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7.
2.2. Orders are processed without the need for account registration.
2.3. The store does not serve businesses, sole proprietorships, or institutions.
2.4. The contract is concluded when the order is paid by the Client.
2.5. Payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer.
2.6. For bank transfers, payment must be made within 7 days to the provided account, with the order number as the title:

2.7. PayPal payments include a transaction fee.
2.8. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms.
3. Contract Execution
3.1. All items are handmade to order, partially or fully customized.
3.2. The order completion time may extend, with updates provided via email, phone, or other electronic means.
3.3. Shipping occurs 4-7 weeks after payment, unless otherwise stated before ordering.
3.4. Items are shipped in order of received orders, stock permitting, and are not limited to Poland.
3.5. Shipping costs are borne by the Client.
3.6. The Seller may adjust prices and shipping costs, but such changes do not affect pre-ordered items.
4. Contract Changes and Termination
4.1. Items are handmade, individually, and customized.
4.2. Per Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, custom items cannot be returned within 14 days of receipt.
4.3. Returns are possible after contacting the Seller, stating the reason, and receiving confirmation. The Client covers return shipping costs.
4.4. Exchanges are not possible.
4.5. If the Seller fails to deliver within 49 days, the Client can terminate the contract immediately.
4.6. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to material shortages, the Seller can cancel the order and refund the Client.
5. Complaints
5.1. Seller’s liability for defects is based on the Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act.
5.2. The Seller must deliver products without defects.
5.3. Complaints can be submitted:

- Electronically to: store@spearpoint
5.4. Complaints should include defect details, desired resolution, and contact information.
5.5. The Seller addresses complaints within 14 days.
5.6. If needed, the Client may have to send the product to the Seller, at the Seller’s expense.
5.7. The Seller may refuse the complaint per Article 561 of the Consumer Rights Act.
5.8. Mechanically damaged products due to misuse are not covered.
5.9. EU consumers can use the ODR platform for disputes.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Clients can negotiate contract terms with the Seller before ordering.
6.2. Information on the website is not an offer but an invitation to order.
6.3. Privacy Policy is implemented; using the site means acceptance.
6.4. Disputes will be resolved amicably, under Polish law.
6.5. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms. Orders placed before changes are subject to the Terms at the time of ordering.
6.6. The Terms are effective from July 30, 2019.
